Specific softwares have been designed and created for the program. UNFM (French digital university) is the technical partner.

Hardwares have been selected locally : mobile phones for the CHW (community health workers), tablets for the GPs(general practionners) and person computers for the coordinators.

All softwares are very user friendly and focused on essential data.

A one-day, hands-on, training session allowed all participants (even new digital users) to master the use of the applications. The system has been running without interruption since, providing coordinators and other users with real-time data, and a dashboard for close monitoring.
